Supporting Partners:
Linkedin supports IAA Singapore as the Official Learning Partner for the IAA Singapore Future Leaders Forum for 2026/27.
This partnership reflects a shared belief in the importance of investing in the next generation of talent, and in creating meaningful opportunities for learning, growth and connection.
LinkedIn has long championed professional development in a way that is both practical and progressive, helping individuals and organisations build the skills, confidence and capability needed to thrive in a fast-changing world. Their commitment to learning makes them an especially fitting partner for a platform designed to support emerging leaders as they navigate the future of our industry.
Through this partnership, we look forward to creating experiences that do more than inspire. We want to equip future leaders with access to ideas, perspectives and conversations that help shape stronger careers, broader thinking and deeper confidence.
We are incredibly grateful to LinkedIn for their support.

Google has long played a defining role in helping individuals, businesses and communities navigate change, unlock new possibilities and connect in more relevant and useful ways. Their continued support has helped us create spaces where leaders across marketing, media, technology, creativity and business can come together to exchange ideas, broaden perspectives and explore what comes next for our industry.
We are incredibly grateful to Google for their ongoing support and belief in the role IAA Singapore can play in strengthening the industry community.
Programs
At IAA Singapore, we are deeply committed to the ongoing development of talent at every stage of a career. Our Professional Development programs are designed to meet people where they are; whether they are early in their journey, stepping into leadership, or seeking to sharpen their skills through continued growth. Through these programs, we aim to create meaningful opportunities to learn, connect, and build capability for the long term.
Cannes Lions Young Talent Development Program
A flagship Young Talent initiative supporting two exceptional professionals aged 30 or under from Southeast Asia to attend the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity as part of the IAA Young Talent delegation.
Participants are immersed in world-class creativity and marketing thinking, with the opportunity to take part in a curated Young Lions agenda across the Festival. Through IAA-hosted events and industry networking, they gain direct exposure to global leaders, award-winning work, and new perspectives on creativity and effectiveness. They return with broader horizons, stronger peer networks, and the confidence and momentum to accelerate their professional growth and leadership potential.
This is available exclusively to young talent from our IAA Singapore Corporate Members.
PAC Oxford Talent
Development Program
Each September, two rising stars from our community head to the stunning grounds of The University of Oxford, for a truly career changing experience - PAC.
This program is run annually by IAA UK, and we are thrilled to have secured two places for our region to be represented. Aimed at young industry professionals with 2-5 years experience, PAC provides delegates with a mix of theoretical and practical skills, and the opportunity to work on a live client brief. Each year we are privileged to have a different global brand set a live brief for the delegates to respond to in their teams.
This is available exclusively to young talent from our IAA Singapore Corporate Members.
Future Leaders Forum
The Future Leaders Forum supports, develops & connects the next generation of marketing, creativity & communications talent across our ecosystem.
Led by a committee of emerging leaders & chaired by founding board member Claire Weston, it ensures younger voices help shape our programs.
Focused on professional development, mentorship & meaningful connection, the Forum creates practical growth pathways through speed mentoring, curated networking & access to global programs including the Cannes Lions Young Talent Development Program & the PAC Program at Oxford University.
For member organisations, it offers a clear way to invest in rising talent, extend the value of IAA membership & support the next generation of industry leaders.
